I had an excellent experience with Action Transmissions. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The diagnostic process was quick and efficient, and my car was repaired much faster than I anticipated. They truly live up to their slogan: “putting your ride back in action.” My Jeep is running better than ever after having the transmission speed sensor replaced and reprogrammed. Joe was absolutely amazing! professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell or take advantage, and the pricing was very reasonable. What stood out the most was the follow-up; Joe actually called me a week later just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. That level of customer service is rare these days. Had a really great experience at Action Transmission. They fixed my transmission super fast and did an awesome job. Everyone there was friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Joe! He’s super nice, really knows what he’s doing, and took the time to walk me through the whole process. He was also very patient with all my questions, which I really appreciated. They made sure I knew I could call back if anything didn’t seem right, which was great. Definitely recommend this place! :)

They communicated with me each step of the way about the details and were able to get my jeep back on the road and Al’s worked with my after market warranty company to get the job done. View on Googletwo separate Toyota dealerships said my transmission was going and the left wheel bearing was bad. it's an old car and I was ready to give up but in a last ditch hope a mechanic referred me to action transmission. they listened to me patiently as I described the exhaustive journey I had meeting with many mechanics trying to get my car fixed. The owner went on a road test with me and identified the issue no one else could. it wasn't the transmission or left wheel bearing. it was in fact the inner race on the right wheel bearing that on my particular car telegraphs noise and acts in a way to suggest it was coming from the left side when it wasn't. it's been a few months and the car still runs perfect. for peace of mind I had the transmission oil changed and tested at a lab. I can confirm the transmission is in perfect shape.... despite what Toyota said. I believe action transmission figured out the real root of the issue because first they listened carefully to everything I had to say and took me seriously. They worked as a team and they used their decades of experience to look past the typical signals that would suggest to a normal mechanic the issue was something other than what it was. These guys are the real deal
View on GoogleFair, fast and HONEST! My car would only go in reverse. I couldn't even put it in park without a continuing to roll in reverse. I thought my repairs would cost thousands, and I was willing to pay. They took a quick look at it and fixed the problem for only $64!
