Called to get a simple price quote - I gave them my car, offered my vin, the part needed etc. they couldn’t do that without seeing my car. So when I got done work I called back not knowing I called earlier and the guy rudely hung up saying you already called me. Well, here’s my name, my review - great customer service… thanks for the price too :)

He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a time line in which he could get the work done and quoted a competitive price Scott replaced the water pump and all it needed to complete the job. While test driving my vehicle, which has 289,00 miles on , he picked up on an issue with my transmission. Again he contacted me told me what he suspected and more than likely extended my transmission life for quite a while . Scott himself is professional, personable and a genuine good guy! No BS or over selling on your vehicle needs! I highly recommend SK Automotive!! It was like finding a treasure just right under my nose!

Everyone we worked with and spoke to was courteous and patient. Communication great throughout and they were able to get our car back to us with 1.5 days. Would absolutely recommend them.
