ABS light was on when I brought the Corolla in for inspection. When I picked the car up ABS was fixed but a new warning light was on my dashboard the red airbag warning light that was not there when I dropped the car off. I calmly explained this to the manager who sweet talked me but in the end they refused to take responsibility for triggering that warning and refused to repair it saying that it was on when they got it which was not true. I will never use them again they are dishonest people.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Ford service department. I brought my truck in because of camshaft sensor fault codes, expecting a proper diagnosis. Instead of thoroughly troubleshooting the issue, I was almost immediately told that the engine needed to be replaced, with an estimate of over $15,000. What concerned me the most was their explanation about the engine oil. They claimed the engine was 5.5 quarts low on oil and even admitted they added the oil without my authorization. When I asked why they would add that much oil without first getting my approval, I was told they were “just trying to be nice.” However, before bringing the truck in, the oil level appeared normal when I checked it myself. Their explanation simply does not make sense. When I asked for evidence supporting the recommendation to replace the engine, I received no convincing technical diagnosis. The manager tried to explain that worn piston rings were the reason, but no clear proof or testing was provided to support such an expensive repair. I left with the impression that they were much more interested in selling a complete engine replacement than accurately diagnosing the actual problem. I expected professional troubleshooting, clear communication, and transparency. Instead, I received conflicting explanations and a $15,000+ estimate without sufficient evidence. I cannot recommend this service department based on my experience. If you receive a major repair recommendation here, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before authorizing any work.
