Recently had front end body work done at Bergey’s and everything was delivered perfectly, on time and at the price quoted. Main reason for the post though is that the car was pretty nasty when I brought it in, but when I picked it up and it was sparkling inside and I. I tried offering a generous tip but it was not accepted due to company policy. That alone is reaaon enough for me to highly recommend them to everyone I come in contact with.
View on GoogleAt Bergey's collision the staff is very helpful and professional. They checked out the damage to car and total the car. The car was stolen and wreck. Good place to take your car if you had an accident.
View on GoogleI strongly do not recommend this body shop...I got my MKZ repaired a rear bumper from this shop, and they fixed it very badly. On right side, the bumper is misaligned and there is a huge gap between a trunk and bumper. I'll post pictures and please compare two different sides. The worst part is they asked me fit my schedule to their schedule, because they don't have a loaner this week. There is an Enterprise across a street and they are a business partner of this shop. Simply put, they just don't want to spend money. I plan to sell my car in a few days, my schedule is very limited. If I newly make an appointment for repairing, I will definitely drop off car based on their schedule.
View on GoogleI believe that this business is very unorganized. It took 3 weeks close to 4 from when my accident happened to get my car into the shop. Once my car was close to being finished the estimator Ryan Arnold reached out and said they were requesting additional money from my insurance (which was fine) they called back saying the vehicle was complete but they needed MORE money from my insurance. I needed my vehicle and they were unable to lend me a loaner so i told them they needed to allow me to pay my deductible and get my vehicle and that statefarm and them could work it out without me. Ryan yelled at me and told me they weren’t releasing it and hung up. I called back in search of another gentleman and i got Ryan once again he was with his supervisor who told him to release my vehicle and detail it. The customer service is why i gave the 2 stars but my bumper on the vehicle came out nice.
