Rich properly diagnoses your vehicle and he is as honest of a mechanic as you can get. He will find the right things to fix, at the proper price. I've been with his family auto shop for years since he was in Philadelphia, and he has 30+ years of experience. Don't let the relatively new shop location fool you, he knows what he's doing and he won't ever screw you over. Remember to call ahead of time and he will be your mechanic for a lifetime. This place is a very reliable shop!

The car was leaking oil and the guy told me that the car was completely unusable, and I should get rid of it and charged me $60 for putting in a bit of oil. Then my mother came again, and he yelled at her saying he can't do anything about it. He was rude and didn't do his job because my dad took the supposed unusable car to Philadelphia, and they fixed it within a week.

I trust them completely. They take pictures of the diagnostic/repair process and they save all parts that came off your vehicle to show you the problems. Nothing is being suspiciously quoted or replaced. They are very honest about essential vs suggested repairs. And they are fast! We get our car back same day for all basic maintenance. I highly recommend.
