They have went down hill. Was taking all my vehicles to them for years but never again. Took my van to have the thermostat (1) bolt drilled out because trying to replace I snapped. I had it towed there so i would not cause any other issue. It should've been an easy fix drilling out the old bolt and replacing along with a newer thermostat done at the same time. They for no reason took the manifold off to drill it out and of course needed to replaced the seal and thats where my 3 month problem began. Every Thursday like clock work the van broke down and had to take back to them. Mean while the mechanic broke 2 parts on my vehicle and never said anything. Not until i noticed and brought it up was something done. 1 part they paid for and the other they never did. Every time the van was brought back I heard its because the car has too many miles and things break! After replacing the manifold that they damaged and other parts and paying close to $2000 the van had to be fixed by another place. I can go on and on but just know that if you have a car above 150,000 miles on it that will likely be their answer to not fixing the vehicle the way it should be done. As for breaking parts and not saying anything about it, thats what kind of mechanics work there. NOT THE BEST AROUND LIKE I WAS TOLD!! Another thing I found out by the mechanic that had to correct the work was that a $5 part was the reason I needed to replace the whole manifold. This place is a scam get a secondary opinion on anything they say!!! You where warned!

Rockstars! I was halfway to my vacation destination, far from home when my car crapped out. Sitting on the curb I googled local mechanics and went with North Penn. They did not disappoint. My car was towed and dropped off at night, North Penn Auto had me back on the road the very next day! Vacation saved = Happy kids!
