Always prompt and thorough service. Courteous personnel and great mechanics. Always looking out to warn me of any issues with my vehicle. Since I drive for a living and have over 500,000 miles on the car, they keep me rolling and provide excellent service. They often make time for me whenever I pull in and wait on my vehicle. Highly recommended. I always get the guardian plan on my tires over the past 15 years and I'm very appreciative of this plan. Excellent service and products. Honest service people. I couldn't ask for a better place

The service staff here is very attentive and professional I’ve had my car in here several times for inspection. But this time I was completely blown away by the cost of an inspection related repair I didn’t know their hourly rate for labor is $180. So for a three hour tail lamp installation, the cost was $540. Very similar cost to what you would pay at a dealership. I go to this place because it’s convenient to my home and I’ve had good experience with tire replacement, but I won’t be coming back for any type of repair work . The mechanic that I’ve used at an independent shop was around $100 per hour. This was very tough to pay this, especially right around Christmas.

Wonderful! I called around to find a decent price on Tires and decided on CJ’s Tires. The place was roomy, the staff was friendly, explained everything in a way that I could understand. They worked with me and the budget I was working with. I must add as a woman who has been to plenty of repair shops over the years , CJ’s has the nicest, cleanest, bathrooms I have ever seen. I am recommending to everyone to check CJ Tires out; you’ll be glad you did!

First time CJ’s customer. Took my vehicle in for: 1) One Wheel Replacement 2) Install four New TPMS Sensors 2a) No TPMS Programming 2b) No TPMS Vehicle Relearn 3) Four Wheel/Tire Balancing - I provided the new wheel and four TPMS sensors to be installed. - Arrived 10 min early for my scheduled appt. - Approximated wait-time was one hour. - CJ’s had my car for 2 hours 10 min. - A complimentary inspection was actionably performed on my car that I did not request, nor authorize, leading to unnecessary recommendations for additional service/costs, and my time, wasted. - Cashier was unable to duplicate the agreed upon quote provided over the phone two days prior. The work performed by the Auto Tech in the garage appeared well done and with care. No new scratches or scuffs could be noticed. I was able to easily and successfully perform the TPMS relearn on my vehicle’s HUD upon returning home. I will certainly return to CJ’s should I need the professional assistance they provide. Looking ahead, I believe that as I build rapport with CJ’s customer-facing personnel, five star ratings for service appointments should follow.
