Just had a transmission installed in my 2015 Forester. Mike is a kind man. Very fair. Give him time to do the job and you will be very satisfied. Not too many people want to be in this trade so be patient. I highly recommend him.

View on GoogleHad serious transmission issues with my 2015 GMC Sierra. The owner not only quoted me $1600 less than his competition, but was able to get me in the next day. Mike was also flexible on when I could stop in to pick up my vehicle, staying open until 9pm on a weekday. His warranty was also much better than the competition with full coverage for a year and unlimited mileage. I highly recommend this shop, they go above and beyond to take care of customers!

From the moment I called, they accommodated me quickly and got my truck in without hassle. Not only did they upgrade all the components, but they also gave me a very generous warranty—something you don’t see often in this industry. On top of that, they beat all competitors' prices without sacrificing quality or service. My truck runs better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier. View on GoogleCalled to schedule a transmission fluid and filter change. The man who answered the phone seemed rushed and after I told him the service I was looking for, he asked what vehicle I had. After that, he was apparently satisfied. Didn't want my name, phone number, any contact info whatsoever. Made no sense to me, but he said he had a key drop off, so I figured I would fill something out when I arived. The night before my appointment, I pulled into the lot which was overfilled to the point where vehicles were parking every which way and in front of the service doors. I ended up having to park in the parking lot of an abandoned businessnezt door. When I went to place my key in the drop off (after hours), there was no form. What kind of business just tells their customers to drop off their key and nothing else? How are they supposed to know who's vehicle they have and what needed done? This is just insane. After seeing the lot and realizing it looked half like a junkyard, I became very suspicious and decided to drive home and take my business elsewhere. Not like they knew I was coming because they had no information anyways.
