I don't know what's going on with this place, they used to be good. But after my most recent experience, I won't be going back. Trying to get a return call for someone to update me on my vehicle was like pulling teeth. I kept getting told someone would call me, but I had to call back 3 + times. Told me the issue with my vehicle, but after I took it elsewhere for a second opinion, that was NOT the issue at all so I doubt they even looked under the hood.

I just bought a brand new vehicle and life happened... needless to say, Best Tire took care of me! WOW, the service was great! Nicole was prompt, efficient, fast, and understanding. She was so easy to work with, helping me with my insurance and the dealer considering my car was only three weeks old. Fran was super professional and helpful too! They made my experience effortless and handled everything. I didn't even have to call them, they called me with every update - I find this superb! I look forward to using them again in the future as my new shop! Thanks guys!
