DANGEROUS SHOP WOULDNT INITIALLY FESS UP TO BREAKING BOTH END LINK BOOTS (LOOK! NO DUST ON RUPTURED BOOT GREASE ON EITHER SIDE)! AT FIRST HE SAID HE REMOVED "JUST THE 1 SIDE" UNTIL I ASKED, "DONT YOU NEED TO REMOVE BOTH?" OF COURSE THEY DID. THEY BROKE BOTH BOOTS EQUALLY, THEN JUST HAND TIGHTENED, HOPING I'D NOT NOTICE? THEN THEY WANT $300 TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE? IS THIS HONEST? I GOT A PAIR FOR $100- 4 BOLTS 5 MINUTES, THEY WANTED $300 FOR THEIR MISTAKE? NO DUST ON RUPTURED BOOTS (LOOK AT THE VIDEOS) PROVING THEY DID THIS. I COULDNT HAVE DRIVEN IT IN LIKE THIS, AND IT WAS INSPECTED AFTER PA INSPECTION 6MOS AGO, BEING A NEW CAR TO US. IT WAS SOOOO LOUD JUST DRIVING 15Fft, I BACKED RIGHT UP BEFORE PASSING THEIR BUILDING ON MY WAY OUT! OH, BTW ITS FEDERALLY AND LOCALLY ILLEGAL TO CHARGE 3% ON DEBIT CARDS; THEY ARENT EVEN CHARGED 3% ON DEBITS BUT THEY'LL CHARGE YOU. IT'S REPORTABLE SAYS PA CODE. TO BE FAIR, THEY DID THE ACTUAL TRANSMISSION OK (FOR ALL I KNOW) BUT NOW I WORRY WHAT OTHER BOLTS ARE LOOSE, IF THIS SCENARIO WAS PERFECTLY SAFE TO LET SOMEONE LEAVE THE LOT WITH END LINKS SO LOOSE YOU COULD UNSCREW WITH YOUR HAND! THE (NOW EXTREMELY LOUD) CAR WOULDNT EVEN STAY ON THE ROAD AT 40MPH! HOW IS ANY OF THIS SCENARIO PROFESSIONAL?

Got referred here by a chain auto shop who had to turn down transmission-related work, and I couldn't be happier it turned out that way. Absolutely stellar guys to work with, clear and fair pricing, and same clarity and reasonableness about recommending future services. My 15-year-old SUV is running great and I've already told everyone in my family to go there for their vehicles.

If you want to be without your vehicle for years and have it brought back with more things broken this is your place. They also committed fraud as they took my insurance money to replace a bumper only they patched it up (paint doesn’t even match) trying to tell us it’s new from Europe. It was returned with door handle off but they put a string on it for us to be able to open door (how nice of them). Asked them to inspect it in March, call us in May telling us it won’t pass (probably with everything they broke on it). They advertise they do inspections but they actually send it out. Transmission build broke down 3x and we have no idea if it will even work now. We demanded our vehicle back and making a complaint with the Better business bureau. They claim to be veteran own and we are a military family, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Stay away.. They will tell you every day it will be done Friday and months and years later, it will never be done.

Excellent family owed shop would highly recommend. The transmission on my yukon fail and thy got me back on the road quickly for a fair price. Been driving it for over a month now and it shifts better then it ever has. This is my new shop in the future for all my repairs!
