I've been a customer here since around 2015, back when they were still at Meineke. They have great customer service, are transparent with their prices and generally just treat us real well. Todd is personable and a hard worker. Would recommend. We moved out of Downingtown, but still come to only this mechanic for all the services.

He was up front with the costs, how long the timeline was and always asked for my approval to repair when a new issue came up. Honest, accurate and forthright. I won’t take a heart transplant from the lowest bidder, so if you’re looking for a “cheaper” fix, go somewhere else. If you want it fixed right the first time, make an appointment at A&M today. Firestone down the road wouldn’t even touch it even though I’ve spent thousands with them over the past 3 years. Needless to say, I’ll be using A and M For the foreseeable future.
