Exceptional Roadside Service I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. While driving from New York to Columbus, my radiator hose burst on a rural road in Pennsylvania, causing me to lose all of my coolant. I called him, and within about 15 minutes he arrived on site. He immediately took the broken part, drove to the store, purchased the replacement hose, returned, installed it, refilled the coolant, and made sure everything was working properly. He even accompanied me to AutoZone to help purchase additional coolant and checked the rest of my vehicle’s fluids to ensure it was safe to continue my trip. From the time I called until I was back on the road was only about 2.5 to 3 hours. After nearly 10 hours of driving, being stranded could have turned into a nightmare, but his professionalism, speed, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. If you ever need roadside mechanical assistance in the area, I highly recommend his services. Honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and truly committed to helping his customers.
