I have been skeptical of dealer service for years- having experienced higher cost and sketchy recommendations for excess services. I’ve used Reedman service for 4-5 years now, and happy to say- my old opinions are now gone. They have need less expensive (shopped two local auto shops to test this) and recommend only what is necessary. They even found a recall for a major torque differential and repair it over two days, having the parts expressed in and the whole job was no charge. The service manager is Rob, who got personally involved to help. Highly recommended!

I had been waiting for a new part for nearly a year and recently received a letter from Honda corporate stating the "parts are now available and you can bring your vehicle in for a free repair". I proceeded to schedule an appointment online with the service department and clearly specified that my service was for the recall of a fuel pump. Days later, I arrive for my appointment and they inform me that they don't have the part. While I can't be mad that they don't have the part, I asked why I wasn't contacted between the online scheduling of my appointment and physically showing up the day of service. Their response was that they're a "small operation" and they can't monitor the information on online scheduling. I found this answer to be unacceptable. If your business model leads to the inconvenience of your customers, then you need a new business model.

I went in to get an oil & filter change on a 2020 Tacoma I bought at Reedman Honda & when I saw 3 kids trying to figure out how to change the oil & filter on a $40,000 truck I just bought there ...needless to say I wasn't that confident that they were doing the work competently. I would have felt much better if I had seen a senior tech working with them or explaining the job with them.
