Spoke to Jon on the phone about an ac evacuation and recharge quote because I wanted to replace the compressor and condenser myself. I brought it to the shop, he immediately serviced the car, I repaired it, and brought it back to recharge. Every interaction was positive, the service was performed on time, and the price was fair. I’d come back.
View on GoogleSo far, Ramsay's is the best garage I've worked with. Period. I've been through a few, in the area and outside of it, and honestly, the best. Communicative (literally sent us a photo via text showing us what the issue was), and will be honest and up-front about what needs to get done ASAP and what can maybe be put off, if you're looking to hold off for $ or whatever reason. Very friendly. Gets the job done right the first time without over charging for time and labor. Even checked the engine light code without charging - which is not always the case for garages. 12/10. Will provide updates if anything changes over the course of being their loyal customer.
