I recently had my car in after discovering water on my passenger floorboard. I was directed to a body shop by my dealership after they found rust underneath my cowl. Oneill’s did a thorough inspection and discovered that the water was coming through a bad windshield that was put in by SafeLite. Oneill’s stepped in, went above and beyond and provided top-notch service. After completing the work, Oneill’s performed water testing with a hose to ensure that the vehicle would no longer leak water. Lesson learned - never trust SafeLite with a windshield replacement. My car is now much quieter than I remember and Oneill’s has corrected the rust that was found. Thank you to Tommy and Jerry for getting my vehicle in and looked at. Couldn’t have gotten this take care of without you guys!
