Mellon Automotive is Amazing! I recently found myself without a trustworthy mechanic and knew I needed front brakes and an oil change. I also suspected a front hub issue on my Explorer. Mellon Automotive thoroughly inspected my vehicle and clearly explained everything that was wrong — despite the fact that it had just been at Fred Beans Ford in Exton for a recall and state inspection. Unfortunately, Fred Beans missed several crucial safety-related issues that could have been detrimental to my wife, my two children, and myself if those parts had failed while driving. Mellon Automotive promptly notified me of these concerns and presented multiple game plans to quickly and safely correct the oversights. I am forever grateful to Mellon Automotive. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is one of the hardest challenges these days, and they made it easy with their excellent customer service, clear communication, and most importantly, honesty. I will only take my vehicles to this establishment moving forward. Highly recommended!

I’ve known the owner for years, so there was no question when it came to my personally owned vehicles to have them serviced with Mellon automotive in Downingtown. My wife’s 18 jeep JLU had been leaking oil, and the team at Mellon automotive diagnosed the issue and offered an upgrade option over stock parts that would not fail in the future. My personal 18 Jeep gladiator recently had brand new control arms, shocks, springs, steering kit, front and rear track bars and relocation brackets installed, diff fluids changed, trans fluid changed, oil change, new driveshaft, new rims and tires, lighting, and much more all installed professionally by the team. I see this team as very capable and look forward to all the great things to come from this shop. 10/10 recommend.

View on GoogleMy 2008 honda crv was misfiring and had mutlplie light. I brought it in to mellon automotive and it was done in 2 days and good as new. Super simple drop off and pickup options are also available if you have to go outside of business hours. 100 percent would recommend 👌
