I love Maclanes! I always come here for oil changes they have a great price for them especially for synthetic. I always get great coupons in the mail. The mechanics are great and do a great job explaining everything and are so helpful! The guys at the front have exceptional customer service and are always super friendly and kind. I had my transmission fluid changed a couple months ago and I waited for my car and the wait was not long, they told me everything they saw, and my car is doing much better! I will always use Maclanes for my car!

Came in with a VA registration, as I was new to the area and the gentlemen behind the counter when above and beyond to make sure they could issue a state inspection in PA. They then serviced the vehicle with what was beyond reasonable pricing compared to the couple other garages I’ve used in the area. Not to mention the folks here were sincerely kind, respectable, and welcoming. I also observed the owner (Mr. Maclane himself) manage a rather unpleasant customer in very professional and empathetic manner to the point where said customer left with a smile on his face and an appointment made. Simply put, this place is the real deal.
