It seems like the BJs online scheduling is not reliable, it is best you call in or schedule in person. This was a bit frustrating but Aidan was able to squeeze me in the next day after expressing how I needed the new tires installed before holiday travel. It seems like the are a bit under staffed but I had a great experience overall and Aidan was great to work with.
View on GoogleThe team at BJs Tire Center are professionals and do a great job. Especially , they'll patiently answer and explain questions you have to you and provide their recommendation when possible. I know they are always understaffed but I've found a way to get the maximum from them. Because Bjs is running a business, I understand the model clearly so I look for the free slots and go for my services. What I would suggest they include is for the Tire team to have a mobile phone with them that they can pick calls or a phone system in the workshop because it's difficult to get through that line most of the time than to walk-in.
View on GoogleSave time, money and frustration by staying away from this place. I know most of you think that since you have membership you can get quality tires and service. But you will know the pain after Starting to deal with them. Firstly, it’s impossible to reach them through phone. Next, there is only one person who works there and he is unqualified. It’s not his mistake because he himself admitted he is a trainee and not allowed to do any tire job without getting inspected but still is doing the job. Lastly, they loaded the tires in my car and asked to get them installed myself and they would reimburse. So much time wasted dealing with them.
View on GoogleI had 4 tires replaced here because of a free installation deal. Two days later, one tire went flat on the highway. I put on the spare and returned to the tire center that night where they fixed the flat free of charge and told me valve stem failed. I brough the car to my normal service center for other work and mentioned the incident. They checked and found that the other three valve stems had not been replaced and were degraded and primed for failure. They then showed me that one of the tires had been installed backwards on the rim. I ended up paying more in lost time and additional work than a proper tire installation would have cost. I strongly recommend avoiding this place considering the abysmal quality of their work...even when they had a second chance to notice and correct their earlier mistakes.
View on GoogleMade an appointment online to purchase & schedule installation 2 weeks prior. Was told the appt shouldn't take more than an hr & a half...took over 2hrs to install 4 tires. Wish I would have read the reviews before going here...hoping they don't fall off.
