Team One's my go-to shop. I usually handle everything myself, so I mainly take my vehicles in for inspections and tire replacements when I don't feel like busting my hump with the bead breaker and manual mounting equipment. They don't BS or try to upsell things like "Cabin Air Filters" at a 500% markup; they've always been 100% honest with me; that seems to be a rare trait among shops sometimes. They're also pretty big on community involvement, sponsoring local groups and giving fairly generously to local organizations, and that's highly appreciated in a small town like ours. Overall, I can't recommend them enough.

We’re out-of-towners visiting the area for my husband’s Army War College graduation when I had a blowout a block away while on our way to Dulles airport to catch a flight. Todd quickly fit us in without hesitation to patch our tire to ensure we’d get back on the road quickly. We were immediately made to feel like locals and honestly, like family. We were invited to come sit down or to grab a bite of food next door while we waited. My husband offered to buy lunch for Todd and his staff, but Todd was headed across the street to buy pizza for his team (tells you what kind of manager he is and the shop he runs). I also noticed that the shop sponsors a local soccer team, which tells you even more what a local fixture this place might be. If we lived here, we’d only frequent this shop. If you live here you should, and if you’re just passing through and need some work, definitely trust this shop…and make the stop. Good Americans right here.

My daughter referred me to Team One. Wow. Talk about awesome service! My inspection had run out and they squeezed me in and took care of business! Great communication too. Thank you Team One Auto Group! I will be back!

I took my 2015 Subaru Outback in to have the drivers side door handle replaced, and also figure out why the rear right passenger door window wasn't working. The handle was an easy fix, but they felt the rear right window wasn't working due to a faulty window module on the drivers door (which cost almost $300 for parts, and $300 for labor). When I got home, the window still did not work. So after messing with it, I realized the window worked when the door was open, and didn't when closed. After about three seconds of thought (and I am not a mechanic) it was apparent that it was probably the wiring harness. And after pressing on it and confirming this, I pulled out the rubber boot, and wire clip, and low and behold, one of the wires was slight pulling out of the clip. So in another 10 seconds, I got my needle nose plyers and pushed it back in. BOOM, window works. This is pretty upsetting as I told them it sometimes worked when we open and closed the door. But they seemed quick to the expensive option, and not willing to listen or give much thought to others. I don't think I will be going back here for work anymore, beyond basic car inspections.

I’m not a very trusting person when it comes to auto repair services. Moved to Dillsburg 3 years ago and have been going to Auto 1 ever since I have car with 130 k miles and most shops will always find something wrong. Just inspected today and they found nothing. However, they did give me a written report on things that I need to address in the near future I will continue to trust Auto One and trust them with my business. I don’t know their names but they are extremely helpful and honest. Couldn’t give them a better recommendation Also purchased an oil and lube package a year or so ago that has saved me a fair amount of money. Their oil change includes tire rotation which is not very common
