I had a great experience with the maintenance team at Bob Ruth Ford. Dropping off and picking up my vehicle was quick and easy, and the whole process was super convenient. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was being done and why. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!
View on GoogleRecently, I had some damage to my Ford F350 and I called Bob Ruth Ford Service with some questions and to figure out a scope of work. I dealt with Kaylee and from the initial contact, to her setting me up to communicate via text and then ultimately the final product with them making the repairs, it was a great customer service experience. They were able to get me in within a couple days, told me exactly what they were going to do and the repairs were top-notch. They also let me slide in an oil change last minute, which was very much appreciated! I would highly recommend them for any kind of service needs for your car or truck in Dillsburg and throughout Central PA.
View on GoogleWhile on our way to Pennsylvania from New York we lost the top rail of the tailgate on our 2013 F-350. We went into Bob Ruth Ford and Jeremy in the parts department was magnificent!! He was extremely nice, personable, well spoken and put us at ease immediately! He had the part we needed overnighted to the dealership. We got a phone call and the part in less than 24 hours from the time we walked into the shop. Amazing!! Thank you to Jeremy we appreciate your help and diligence in getting what we needed so quickly. This was a fantastic experience!!
