I had an unexpected break down on the day I was going out of town. I made it to Straws, and figured I would be renting a car for my trip. Jeremy was awesome, really AWESOME, and fit me in that same day. Gave me an estimate and fully explained all repairs. Telling me it was.likely to be finish later in the day tomorrow. I got a call the same day at the end of the day, ITS DONE!. we have used Straws many times and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. Glenn and Jeremy are the best! Thank you for all you do!

My daughter is at a local college and was having car troubles. I contacted a local resident whom I know for a trustworthy mechanic reference. He quickly told me of Straws Auto. I called them on Monday morning, and they pencilled me in for a Thursday morning. Once I arrived, they were ready for me and had the car on the lift within minutes. They were honest with me about what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. They then were able to give me a lift back to my daughter's school. I was able to pay over the phone the next day, and she was able to pick it up with a friend. The whole process was seamless and professional. They were honest and friendly, and should my daughter need car repair again, I don't need to travel out to help her; she can go to Straws, and will receive great service.

I just wanted to say how kind Straws Auto Center is. We had an issue with our car traveling this weekend and they didn't hesitate to help us diagnose, find a tow truck and go above and beyond when our van failed. While we are out of state and they weren't able to offer the service we needed, they did everything they could to help us out and make sure we were safe & warm until we could get our van towed back to our home dealership. Five Stars for kindness!
