Had a set of out-of-balance wheels/tires Road Force balanced by Staub's team, and despite the fact that my car is pretty sensitive to the balance of wheels and tires, they were smooth as butter after Staub fixed 'em up! They were super easy to work with, great with communication (Jason and Amanda were both great) and were able to get the job done within two days of me reaching out. Not to mention they went above and beyond to tell me which wheel should go on which corner of the car for maximum smoothness. Absolutely will be a return customer, and I highly recommend!

All mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest which is an amazing combo! Amanda, the front desk director of first impressions is very prompt and very helpful with anything you need while your car is taken care of. I recommend all of my friends and family to this shop and wouldn't feel bad sending a stranger! Thanks for everything!
