Had 2 vehicles recently serviced here including PA state inspection and emissions, oil change, etc. Eric is amazing to deal with. They all do such great work. Pricing is great as well. Such an honest place to work with. Thankful to have them local for my vehicle needs!
View on GoogleHighly, 100,000% recommend Old Rte 15 Auto. Eric is so friendly, personable, and the best part is-- he’s HONEST! He will not try to upsell you on anything. He will be completely honest if a repair is truly necessary or not. The prices are honest and reasonable. They take detailed pictures and notes of everything and send you an estimate via text to review. He won’t do anything without your permission and he won’t find silly ways to charge more for unnecessary things. I took my van to Toyota for 1 problem and they quoted me $5,000 worth of problem. Thankfully I knew better and only had them fix the one thing Eric had already said they weren’t equipped to fix, and then I brought it to Old Rte 15 Auto to find out that 99% of what I was quoted there was rubbish. I even pointed things out to Eric that Toyota had told me so he could take care of it-- and he said that when he checked, it wasn’t necessary. That trip only ended up costing about $400! And there’s a discount if you pay by cash or check, so if you’re able to do that it’s even better. My boyfriend even tried them out for an inspection, and couldn’t believe they didn’t find a single thing wrong like a greedy dealership always will. I don’t want to go anywhere else! This is the most honest, fair repair shop I’ve come across.
