Ed Forde Services Center

I was driving home Between seven and 8 o’clock at night, my tire light came on and I could tell my car was off kilter. I was worried about having a flat tire when I woke up in the morning. A repair station a little farther up the road. I pulled in and you guys were standing there locking the door ready to close and go home. I jumped out my car and asked if the one guy was Eddie because it’s Ed Ford service center. I saw his tag and said can I please have you look at my tire? I know you’re going home but I’m afraid of getting a flat he immediately without hesitation responded positively. Apparently it was Eddie. The son of Ed or grandson something like that fantastic sweet good natured, professional, amazing selfless guy and his brother sorry I don’t remember his name fixed my tire. I am definitely coming back. Great guys knew exactly what to do how to do it. I was out of there in no time. Thank you, Eddie and his brother Five star operation!

I was away for the weekend and my car kept over heating. I got back from my trip on a Monday afternoon, I called Ed Forde Seevice center as soon as I got home. I explained my situation about the overheating. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and told me to drop it off the next day. They took a look at my car and I was very impressed with the diagnostic report. They even sent photos of everything that needed to be fixed. Turns out I needed a new radiator and belt. I got both issues fixed and my car has been great ever since! This place is convenient being that it’s around the corner from my work. Every time I bring my car here, it’s exceptional service and Sparky is the best!

The absolute best! My jeep was making a squeaky sound that another mechanic couldn’t diagnose. Ed took a spin with me (and my dog). Listened to the sound and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the next day!! Thank God that squeak is gone, it was driving me nuts!!!

I had an emergency and needed my car towed and a flat tire fixed asap- Chris was so nice. She communicated throughout the whole process with upfront fair pricing, Sparky was super helpful and nice, and told me what was wrong with the car. I got 4 new tires and an alignment and the car drives like new. Eddie’s is honest, fair, transparent and made my daunting car troubles feel painless. Will definitely be going back for all my car needs and recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making my awful week better!

This will be my new shop. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Looking back at the services that were needed/done, I do not feel oversold in the slightest. Nick even offered to ride passenger to try and help diagnose a noise. 10/10
