Sometimes you encounter a person and place of business that far exceeds any expectations and today, it was here. We know gas prices are absolutely ridiculous and I typically wait until my tank is close to the red line which I did today. After pumping and knowing about how much the gas would typically show on the fuel gauge even at these absurd prices, nothing moved. Not an inch. So I spoke to one of the employees about it, after which Jack, the owner came out. He was absolutely wonderful. Kind, friendly, and told him that I felt the pump hose at just over $9.00 and nothing was happening. He matched my gas purchase and the gauge went far higher than it should have if my initial purchase registered correctly. To have a small business owner go above and beyond in today's business environment speaks volumes...and in a very good way. I've visited this station before and will certainly be making a point of doing so again. Thank you Jack and your employees for making a potentially upsetting situation seamless.

I was referred to Devon Liberty and had excellent service. Scott, the nicest mechanic was thorough, skilled and generous with his time in explaining the particulars of my auto issue. Will definitely return!

Zero stars. At around 5:00 a.m., I had an unfortunate and unacceptable experience at this gas station. I had pulled over simply to get gas, but my fuel cap was frozen due to the snow and weather conditions. While attempting to clear some snow from my car to access it, the owner came outside and immediately began accusing me of placing snow on his property. Instead of offering assistance or showing basic human decency to a customer in need, he addressed me in a rude, aggressive, and condescending manner, repeatedly emphasizing that he was “the owner,” as if that entitled him to speak to me with disrespect. His behavior was unnecessary, unprofessional, and demeaning. I am the owner of three businesses myself, and I can confidently say that this is not how customers should ever be treated. I am also a regular customer at this location, visiting frequently and operating multiple vehicles. Despite that, I was treated as if I were a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Customer service is about helping people, especially when they are dealing with unavoidable circumstances like snow and freezing conditions. This establishment failed entirely in that regard. A gas station exists to serve customers, not to intimidate or belittle them. I will not be returning to this location due to the complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect for customers.

Amazing and professional company! Tire light came on indicating tire was low on air. No other tire store would even look at the tire the same day. Drove to this location and within 5 minutes they troubleshot and put air in the tire and checked for leaks. Was back on the road very quickly. Offered to pay, they indicated no charge. We will be back to give this company our business and their gas prices is very reasonable!

I have been bringing my vehicles to this shop for several years and have consistently received excellent, prompt service with no issues whatsoever. The quality of work is consistently high, and the owner is both knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with.
