BMW of Devon Service Center

Scheduled my 20K with BMW Devon through my BMW app. Making the appointment was very straightforward and seamless. I received confirmation emails/texts and reminders leading up to the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we started off a little rocky. After I dropped my key off with the attendant. I went to over to my assigned service rep (Eric) and he looked befuddled. After we processed the appointment, I was informed by Eric that I needed to see another person that was inside the service bay to process the paperwork before talking with him. I appreciate Eric's patience with me, cause he could sense I was annoyed. He took the time to go over the other requests that I made online. The waiting area is spacious and clean with all the amenities you would expect for BMW. I received updates from Eric and a text with a video showing the mechanic's (Ben) walkthrough of my car. It was nice to see what they inspected. Closeout and picking up my paperwork was straightforward. I'd highly recommend BMW of Devon for servicing your BMW. Just make sure you don't make the same mistake as me and get your paperwork before talking with your service rep.

Eric was solid and followed up quickly and consistently. Appreciated his service. Couple pieces of feedback: The drop off area is tiny. The single girl working the desk was totally overwhelmed when I dropped off my car for an oil change. The parking lot is also insanely tight near the drop off and pick up. Multiple cars were doing "dances" trying to get in and out. It took me 5 minutes to get out of the lot because someone blocked it. Not a great experience. Otherwise fine, nothing remarkable.

Great experience taking my 2019 3 series to Devon to get repaired. Many time going to the dealer you pay an arm and leg, but through my extended warranty and bmw warranty I got a fair deal. Lou was great. Would be back again for service and to purchase my next vehicle.

I recently had my BMW serviced and as always Jeff Martin our long time advisor delivered fantastic personal service… he was thorough, communicative, and ensured that we were kept apprised of what was needed and advised on why, what, and when the repairs should be made. Frankly, one reason we continue to purchase BMW’s because of the hassle free service that Jeff Martin provides…always with open and honest dialogue…superior repairs, and loaner always available per schedule. BMW dealership located in Devon, PA is always great. From the customer service to the work I’ve had done on my car, I’m always satisfied, thanks Jeff. My repairs have taken a day maybe two and I was always offered a loaner to keep me going. I will continue to come here for any services I may need and for a future purchase. Thank You
