Brought my car in today for the second time due to a rattling noise coming from the driver side door when car is in motion, the service agent sent me with a guy whom she told me was a technician for a 5 miles ride to confirm the noise for the second time! After coming back from the ride and confirming the noise, I was told to wait and I waited for about 2 hours! When I got my car keys back and was told that they would need to order parts, I found out that the odometer registered an additional 7 miles and the engine was super hot and the AC was left at the maximum cooling settings! When I inquired about the extra 7 miles, I was told that another technician (the one actually worked on my car) had to ride with the same guy I rode with earlier for 5 miles to confirm the noise for the third time; It seems that I was lied to about the guy I rode with being a technician in the first place! Instead of just riding once with the real technician that would be fixing my car, my car was taken for multiple trips! Thanks for wasting my time, gas, mileage, and probably driving my car inappropriately! Moreover, I checked my tires pressure recently right after driving for 30 miles (so tires were hot) to find out that the front tires were at 36 PSI and the back were at 35 PSI; I have told the service agent not mess with my tires pressure before turning my car in, yet they still did! The recommend tires pressure for my car is 38 PSI, but for some reason the technician felt like deflating my tires, which strains the engine and wastes gas; I'm never bringing back my car to this dealership again!

I’ve always been skeptical of the dealership. Only going there once to buy a car. I would never in a million years think about getting my vehicle serviced by one. Well this place changed my thoughts. Their service department is amazing. Fair and honest staff, extremely knowledgeable and friendly too! Prices may be a bit higher then an independent shop but for once I feel comfortable letting them work on my car! For as long as I own my Volkswagen I will continue to get it serviced here at VW Moon!

Misty the finance woman...was great as well. She got me even a lower rate than what I came in with and gave me a great deal on a 7yr warranty bumper to bumper. My entire experience there was great...wasn't much haggle on price and negation and I got the SUV I wanted within my budget.
