Brewer Airport Toyota Service

Brewer Toyota has once again been the best Toyota dealership experience I have ever had. Andrew Ramirez in service took care of me and my 2021 Tacoma going above and beyond to help me out and ensure my vision was brought to life when I chose them to install my TRD lift and wheels/tires. They were very good at keeping me up to date in the status of my vehicle and really made me feel like a valued customer. I will never not go to Brewer when I need help with my truck. Thank you guys!

Scheduling service is a nightmare. We have 2 vehicles that they have difficulty locating in their system every single time we call. They also confuse our two vehicles when we call to schedule. This has been ongoing for over 2 years. They give us different excuses every time we call to schedule maintenance as to why they are unable to locate our vehicles in their system. They explain they are under my name, but the next time they are under my phone number and the next time my name is not spelled correctly or they used an old telephone number. Every time is an excuse and confusion on their part. No one is able to help with this to correct it. An oil change takes 20 minutes to schedule. They are unable to access past service records when called and are unable to answer questions about previous work done on our two vehicles. I would never use Brewer Toyota for service. I was trying to have consistency with our two vehicles for service maintenance, but it is time to go elsewhere. Two plus years of their disorganized mess is enough.

Brewer Airport Toyota failed to properly address issues on my 2026 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro that is still covered under the 36,000-mile warranty. I waited patiently at the dealership for nearly three hours expecting the problems to be resolved. Instead, I was informed that the window seal trim could not be fixed because of the outside temperature, and the dash trim could not be replaced at that time either. To make matters worse, when my vehicle was finally returned to me, I immediately noticed several scratches on the door panel. It appeared the technician did not properly protect the interior while performing the work. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the vehicle is still under warranty and should have been handled with greater care. Please reconsider before taking your vehicle to Brewer Airport Toyota for service.

I was referred to this car dealer through the Costco auto program. After some discussions, they scheduled an appointment for me to finalize the details. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the car had already been sold. The entire experience felt like a scam. I even attempted to speak with the manager, but they refused to acknowledge any mistakes. It seems that the used car sales team is misleading customers with false offers, and when potential buyers arrive, they try to sell them something else instead. I would recommend avoiding this dealer when looking to buy a used car. Additionally, their online prices are significantly higher than the fair prices listed in the Kelley Blue Book.

My state inspection went super quick and painless. They have nice system with text updates while service is under way. The waiting room lounge was pretty nice too.
