Becca checked us in and Chris Taper handled all the work and we couldn’t have had a better experience! I tend to do most if not all routine maintenance on my vehicles, so when they recommend services such as that, I always decline because I do it myself and this is one dealership that doesn’t act ridiculous about it! Something like that is pretty priceless in a dealership. I get they all want to make commission and sell work, so when someone wants to do that work themselves and they don’t whine about it, I’m a happy customer. We bought the Forester new here and will likely buy our next here as well and when we need certain warranty work done, among other things, we’ll def choose to bring our Subarus here too.
