I had a horrible experience at this dealer. The salesman was excellent. However they are in the business of bait and switching trade in offers. Kbb issued a cash offer for my car. They had all mileage as well as photos of the vehicle. However when we went to the dealership the manager LUKE decided that the small cosmetic damage to a plastic bumper was worth 3k less than what their original offer was stating it would cost him 2500 to replace a plastic bumper. For those of you who aren’t aware this is a 500 dollar fix and a 1000 fix retail at a body shop. This cosmetic issue was disclosed in the beginning. In addition this dealer had left a number of vehicles on their website that were no longer available. I would sooner recommend public transportation than buying a car from this dealer. Th e manager was rude and treated myself and my son very ignorantly. Assuming we know nothing about cars or repairs. He then told us to go sell the car to carvana and come back. His customer service skills were non existent. I will be following up with the BBB amd KBB expressing the shady business practices done at this dealer, there are many other dealers to go shop for your Jeep or Dodge I would recommend trying any other dealer other than this one. The only reason why they received 2 stars and not 1 is due to the patience and dedicated salesman named GREG. He did his best and was very friendly.
