Moon Township Ford Service

Minus a star for unknown schedule change but it was about a month ago that yours truly had to go to the ford service in moon and it took a bit of time even knowing I was fit in that day but the job was done efficiently without any extra charges. I was on my way with a quickness and the place was easy to access is that when your working hard dear? How do you drive on a roof to moon township? Just wanted to know since you told me you were doing crickets and valleys on the roof

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO MOON TOWNSHIP FORD! Do not take your truck or car here! Worst experience I have ever had at any service center, repair shop and maybe any purchase in general. Unreliable, zero communication, and untrustworthy. We dropped our truck on June 10th, and were told it should be ready the end of June or early July. They did not end up even having the warranty claim filed until the end of July, during which time they said they filed the claim multiple times and when we checked with our warranty company they hadn't. We had to ask multiple times for a basic detailed breakdown of the repair. When they did send it near the end of July, it required 40 hours of work.....our truck wasn't ready until August 22nd...ALMOST 3 MONTHS from when we started and almost a month from when they said it would take 40 hours! I tried to reach out to the Service Manager and General Manager and neither even responded. The service department rarely answers the phone, and our rep rarely called back when we left him voicemail. When he did he was always "busy".....how many times can you tell a customer you are busy with other stuff before you indirectly tell them we dont care about you? I am shocked the General Manager and Service Manager would not even respond directly to a frustrated customer, particularly one that is dependent on their truck for their livelihood. We full time RV so we had to rent a truck to pick up our camper while our truck was in the shop. It cost us about $2k for the month. Since Moon Township Ford delays caused it, I asked for help. You would think they would be apologetic and want to make it right....nope......had to negotiate. They ended up agreeing to take $1k off and when I picked up the truck they had not applied the discount, stating labor rates had changed and it should have actually been $1k higher, so the original price quoted ACTUALLY included the discount. I ended up showing the invoice they sent before we started negotiating and they acknowledged the "mistake" and took the $1k off. Shaaaaddyyy. Overall, bring your truck or car somewhere else, even if it is a longer drive or tougher to get into. You could tell this place is a disorganized mess....paperwork all over the office, horrible response times. The shady communication was the topper. I post mostly positive reviews, and have posted other great experiences at other Ford dealerships, but couldn't ignore this masterclass of what not to do!!

Scheduled an oil change and pleasantly surprised by price & efficiency, plus that little extra. They washed my F-150 before returning it to me. All in an efficient time frame.. thank you! See you in the future!

Ralph was awesome and fully went above and beyond. Fully recommend for any Ford service

They do their best. I've made several appointments here for service and have been met with lackluster service. They even damaged my truck and had to repair the tail light in 2019 and apparently they're still talking about it. Either way, I think they're a decent dealership and you should check them out sometime.
