AWFUL! They recently fixed my BMW 440i with some light front end damage. Part of their repair involved replacing the main radiator and the heat exchanger. When I got the car back it felt low on power and was throwing a 20A201 code for coolant loss detected in the low coolant circuit, 108B06 charge air temperature too high, 118001 fuel-air mixture too lean, 11CF30 mixture control - multiple faults. For those of you who don’t speak car, that means they didn’t refill the coolant in the low temperature cooling circuit which caused the car to run like crap and potentially caused catastrophic engine damage. I inspected both the low and high pressure coolant tanks. The high pressure tank was WAY overfilled and the low pressure tank had almost no coolant in it. The genius who serviced the cooling system clearly thought that one reservoir supplies coolant to both the high and low side of the cooling system. There’s a specific bleeding procedure that needs to be done on newer BMW’s like this with a B58 engine. They clearly neglected to do this. Thankfully I know how to work on my own cars and was able to refill and bleed it properly. Whether the engine is damaged remains to be seen because it was parked when the codes popped up. As for the body repair. That isn’t so good either. The hood sits lower on one corner and is not flush with the fender. I would not recommend Moon AutoBody!

Scott deserves the biggest shout out. He was truly amazing. While our car took a lot longer to get fixed than we originally thought, he worked with us to help with the rental and our car inspection. Promised us it would be done before our new baby was born, and he made it happen! Can’t thank him enough!

I recently took my car in to get an estimate for a front end inspection after an animal strike. During the rather quick inspection, I asked the estimator if he wanted to open the hood to see if there was any additional damage he declined and said he could see that there wasn’t. He wasn’t engaged and I felt like he was bothered to even be looking at my car. Visiting my local dealership today, they noticed that the washer fluid tank had a crack in it likely caused from the hit. The lack of proper care and attention to detail I will not give this shop any business and went to another body shop who provided a much better and thorough inspection of the entire car. Also to note Moon auto body was not able to get me in until the middle of July while the other body shop will have everything done next week.

Scott was absolutely awesome! Very personable & got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. He offered amazing customer service getting my car serviced quickly & back to me before the holiday. My tire even got flat while it was at the shop & he patched it for me free of charge. This is what I call a good employee! Hard to find these days. Thanks Scott!

My car was towed here by my insurance company following an accident, and the experience was wonderful. The team at Moon Auto Shop was friendly, professional, and efficient, and they completed everything very quickly. After a stressful situation, this was such a relief and a much better experience than where my car was initially taken. I highly recommend them.
