Scheduled my appointment online & got an email confirmation. Got there and they didn't have me in the system. They did, however take my truck and did a complete inspection, state inspection and oil change/tire rotation. All was covered so I was pretty happy!!

I called because they took almost 8 hours to do a tire change and a oil change.... they forgot the key in the lockbox so if I would've never called for a scheduled appointment I wouldn't have gotten my vehicle back. not too impressed. the people are nice, just don't know how you forget a key in a box.

Took our car there to clean up what another Collison center didnt/wouldnt fix. Treated us fair and then fixed issues after we were done. Adrian was a huge help and his Service Manager was on it. Will return next time for sure.
