My Lexus GX had an accident and got damage on the front of the car. The Bruce's auto body took care of the repair job. I could not believe they did it within one day! The car looks brand new and the cost is fair. Bruce is the best!

Bruce is the best. This isn’t the first time we’ve used him, but I’m compelled to write a review because people need to know how amazing the quality of service is at his shop. Every-time Bruce and his shop amazes me with the quality of work he does and how quick the turn around time is, even this instance when parts needed ordered and insurance was involved. The best part is Bruce is an honest man. He won’t charge you anything but a fair price, and honestly, I’d pay more just for the amaze product that I get back every-time. He’s one of the best parts of bridgeville. If you’re ever on the fence or looking for somewhere that’s going to give you the quality, stress free, experience you need, (cause let’s face it, anytime there’s a car issue it’s never exciting) I will always recommend Bruce. You won’t regret it.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. My car was dented and scratched and I had been referred to Bruce so I brought my vehicle there. Once my car was “finished being repaired” I came to pick it up and saw that there was still damage that had not been repaired. Bruce told me he could not fix it immediately which I respect and was completely okay with because everyone has a busy schedule. When it came to the payment process he told me he only accepted cash. To me that is an issue, it means that providing customers with any documented proof of payment besides a receipt is less important then him committing tax fraud and making sure he does not have to report a percentage of what he earns. He failed to tell me he only accepted cash prior to doing work on my car or I would not have even had my car worked on there to begin with because to me that’s very sketchy. I paid in cash having no other option because I need my vehicle. I asked when he could fix the rest of the damage that was initially suppose to be taken care of and he could not give me a date or time where he could fix damage that was paid for and not properly repaired. He said call me in a couple weeks and I can see where I can fit you in. I had no problem with this and called him in a couple weeks. A few weeks later when I reached out he said the same thing. At this point I’m frustrated, but still trying to be reasonable considering I already paid thousands of dollars to have something repaired that was not. After months of reaching out to Bruce and him saying the same thing I finally decided to stop calling his shop. There was no point continuing to waste my time reaching out to someone who does not care about the quality of their clients service. I didn’t even want him to fix my car after that. If you’re considering taking your car to Bruce’s auto body, I hope this review makes you reconsider as he has put me through immense stress.

We had a great experience with Bruce. The repairs look great and he was able to finish the work ahead of schedule. We're very impressed and will be taking all of our cars their in the future!

Bruce and his staff did an AMAZING job fixing my Honda Accord. It looks brand new again after a front and side impact that tore off my bumper and ruined the front fender. Bruce was very reasonable with the repair rates, was extremely timely, and accommodating. I would 100% recommend Bruce’s to anyone who needs body work done on their car. They really do a great job.
