Fantastic service and quick work for changing our travel trailer tires. The staff were very helpful and easy to work with. There's a reason that ever since we moved to the area, we've gone to Big G's for all of our tire needs. No one likes spending the money that tires cost nowadays, but a great tire shop experience lessens the sting a bit.
View on GoogleI called to make an appointment and they accommodated my request. Upon arriving I was greeted and waited upon immediately. The check in was easy. The wheel alignment was done in less time than I expected and then to find out a second alignment can be done at no charge within 6 months was amazing. Who does that!!! The alignment feels great and a noticeable improvement. Thanks Big G gentleman for the positive service. I’ll be back!!!
View on GoogleAlthough the Birthday oil changes are free. Beware they will probably find an emergency job that needs to be done Right after they did my oil they told me my front brakes are metal to metal and needed to be changed Asap for our safety for $718.00 for front brakes. I went straight to my other mechanic and they inspected the brakes and found plenty of padding on the brakes which I thought so since I had no squeaking etc. Not to mention the prices for repairs are too high . Proceed with caution!

I had been experiencing an intermittent knocking noise, and although the team made every effort to diagnose it, the issue did not present itself during my visit. Despite that, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle. During the inspection, they discovered that my system was low on Freon and corrected it. They also identified several maintenance services that were due—items I was unaware of—and, with my approval, promptly took care of them. This level of attention and communication is what I consider true professionalism. Too often, I’ve gone in for a simple oil change at other places where that’s all they do—no tire rotation, no inspection of cabin or engine air filters—just the basics, and you’re on your way. That has not been my experience here. Mr. G’s Tire Shop stands out for its professionalism, thoroughness, and proactive approach to vehicle maintenance. They understand how important my vehicle is to me, and they treat it with the care and attention it deserves.

Why he would or would not buy a certain tire and we work together onto which Tire would be best. I will be returning here when I need to.
