Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore Service Center

I brought my car in after being told at this dealership that I needed to schedule appointment to get check engine diagnosed for cold engine start code. I scheduled and brought it in end of April 2026. I was told there was a gasket leak and sent a video by tech to my phone. They said it would be covered by VW factory because it is 2024 Jetta with low mileage. Scott, the service advisor, told me that they needed to order the parts and would get back to me to schedule appointment to bring it back. A couple weeks go by with no call so I call. I am told that they have the parts but no loaner car. I am told that it should be a week or so before they get one back. 3 weeks go by and no call. I call again and am told they have no Loaner cars and that Scott will call me back. It is now June 2nd and still no call from Scott. This has to be the worst service department ever. I called Wynn VW and explained the situation. They scheduled me for service and Loaner car June 9th. I will never buy another VW from Piazza or get service here again. What is going on with the owners that they don't see all of these negative reviews and do something?

I drop my car off forservice with my scheduled appointment Thursday 02/05/26 for 2 issues with my Tiguan at Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore 205 E. Lancaster Ave.Ardmore PA 19003. The start/stop when driving for engine efficiency is not working and when I drive and come to a complete stop randomly the car would put itself in park and put the parking brake on by itself. Thursday before service closing I called to get an update on the car and they said they were still looking into it and would need to hold it overnight. Friday comes and no update all day so I call before closing and service says they are going back and forth with VW people to figure out what's the issue. Saturday I hear nothing from service so I call late Saturday to be told that they are charging something on the car to see if that works and Monday I should be able to pick the car up. Monday 02/09 I hear nothing and when I call in the afternoon, they can't find the Tech or whoever else was supposed to be working and to call back in a half hour. I call back and speak to I believe the tech who tells me they have not resolved the start/stop issue and ask me if I really need to use start/stop because it also can affect the car. Also he has no clue about there being another issue with the car because it was not communicated to him but did say that definitely should not happen with the car. I told him I want to pick my car up today and it's been 5 days without my vehicle with no answers or fixes. This is totally unacceptable. He said to give him an hour to call me back and I get no call back after that hour and go another day without my car .Tuesday I call and let them know Im coming to get my car, I believe I spoke to a guy named Nekou the past couple days and he has been nothing but rude and non helpful. The first time I spoke to him and briefly explained the issue he told me he was not the tech so he could not help and to call back when the tech was there. The day I want to get my car asap he wants to try and call a manager now and get back to me and wants to go back and forth with me about getting the car and he does not like my tone on the phone now (laughable). I get to the dealership and speak to another guy I believe Vincent who has no answer for me and says they were going back and forth with VW to see what the issue was and he would have resolved with a loaner car but does not have one available. There was no apology no nothing to help just got my keys and thats it. I have never had such service with a car. unacceptable and have not been provided any resolution or even accommodation.

Fantastic team of professionals in the Service Department. We have an older car and we feel so supported with honest staff who have taken the time to root out our issue and make sure all systems were a go before releasing the car! Also, the friendliness upon arriving from everyone is so refreshing! I Highly recommend this team!

The worst customer service I've ever received from.a dealership.in MY LIFE. Piazza Auto.group.willnever see a single dime of my money again. I'd rather walk, before I ever take my Volkswagen there again

This definitely wasn't my favorite experience at VW! I am happy to have been able to have my oil topped of quickly they got me in & out because I recently had my oil changed 5/31 at The Wynn Group in Norristown and I'm back today with the light on for about a week on 07/01! I drive from West Philly to KOP everyday but it just didn't seem right it needed oil that quickly being that I was told I'd be good for at least 10k miles due to the oil that was used. I guess he just meant until it needed to be fully drained and changed and until then I can do a top off. Anyways I wasn't greeted when I walked in. They were conversing about another vehicle which I don't mind at all take care of who was first but at least say you'll be right with me. That's one. Two with this place is when someone walked with me to the car they told me to hold on when we walked back in & I waited and he didn't come back out which now other people are talking to me about the car now I'm repeating myself more than 3 times also they're assuming I got my oil changed today even though I had papers in my hand stating it was end of May but I had to keep clarifying they almost made me go back to Norristown for nothing which was an easy miscommunication/ assumption. I'm glad I spoke up. Now the guy who was helping me barely let me finish my sentence just kept cutting me off and I get that I walked in and there's probably other things he needs to tend to and my top off oil would be quick but I still had other concerns and just brushed me off. Told me to make an appointment without me even being able to speak I never have been spoke to that way before so I was taken aback and now very annoyed. The person who is ringing me up not even going through the appointments with me so I CAN schedule and you know what maybe that's for the better. Maybe I'll just do the drive and go to a VW where I'm treated better. Yall have years of bad reviews of terrible customer service experience I think yall might wanna check on that because that's ridiculous! Scott was speaking to people as if they were children (not me but a fellow employee in front of customers lol so that makes it no better) he was the one rushing me and cutting me off when I spoke as well so yeah. Not dealing with this place unless it's an appointment and then I'd update my review but something tells me even with the appointment they're still going to piss me off!
