I been going here for years would give it a 5 but the advisor Beth i had a couple times and her attitude is very nasty. Doesn't let you gwt a word in and just so rude. I will keep coming as long as I dont have as a advisor. Place is clean and all the other staff are nice and very polite

My son had our Malibu go into limp mode on the way home from work. Dropped it off without an appointment, the day after a large snow storm. Had never used Armen before. Tahir, the service writer was very professional and within a day, they were able to diagnose the issue. Turned out to be covered by warranty. No hassle, no B.S., just great service. Thank you. You have won a new customer.

I would only spend my own time writing a negative review for a place if they did me wrong in several ways and let me tell you this place did me wrong in SEVERAL ways. After I paid them thousands to replace my turbo, I drive the car for three days, the check engine light came on. Same codes as last time. I figure “inconvenient, but no big deal, they gave me a warranty on the turbo”, I call them, make an appointment, drop my car off, after three days radio silence, I have to spend my time trying to get a hold of them, just for them to tell me the cat is now faulty… you know, the thing that feeds directly into the turbo. So, at first, I’m like… really weird that it took you two business days plus the original five you had with the car to figure that out, the car’s still running, let me go get a 2nd opinion on it… they were going to charge me for the SECOND diagnostic (you know, after the first one that you’d think would’ve picked up the issue), so I bite the bullet and authorize a second round of repairs. I make it through the holiday without my car, again, no big deal, I figure they’re open on Saturdays, they get the cat by the end of the week, I have a car by Saturday afternoon… and I’d be wrong if I just left with that assumption, so I call Friday morning, was told the part arrives Friday afternoon, I say “okay, I’m not going to rush you then, the cat arrives today, you can start the repairs today, but I won’t expect the car until tomorrow Saturday”, get a confirmation over the phone, no mention that the repair could take longer than that, in fact, it was also confirmed to me that replacing a cat should take less than a day. … So tell me why, Armen Chevrolet, I had to call 10 minutes before closing on Friday and got “the part unfortunately got in late in the afternoon and by then our tech had already left so repairs are going to blow over into Monday”… because I would LOVE to talk this through with you over the phone or email, but it seems the only way to contact anyone else over there is through an online contact form that NO ONE seems to be managing

I just want to say thank you so much to Beth & the rest of the team for their professionalism & quick service. This was my first time going through warranty & they made the process smooth as well as answering whatever questions I had without seeming annoyed. I am young so you’d be surprised at the unprofessional service I am used to dealing with in the past at other shops! I will always bring my car back in the future. Thank you for servicing my 2024 Chevy Malibu with care & respect.
