It is always a nice experience at Toyota. From the moment I arrived, the entire process felt organized, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. Drew, who handled my oil change and inspection was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, clearly explain what they found, and walk me through the recommended service in a way that was easy to understand—no pressure, no confusion. It was obvious that he takes pride in their work and care about doing the job right. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the honest communication throughout the visit. My car was returned clean, running great, and completed right on schedule. It’s reassuring to know your vehicle is in capable hands, and this experience definitely reinforced my confidence in Toyota’s service team. Highly recommend!

To the point where I had to return to have them corrected. I thought this was normal, until I went to Ardmore Toyota. Jonathan went above and beyond to help with my list of concerns & he even called me to let me know that my registration would be soon be expiring, so I didn’t have to make a special trip & didn’t get a ticket for forgetting!
