Had an emergency flat tire today on my way to Delaware. Bram and His staff wereable to get me in today and get me back on the road. they have a wide range of tires luckily They had one left of my size. would highly recommend for any service you need
View on GoogleI’ve been taking my EV here for years for state inspection and other repairs. Always friendly, good service and reasonably priced. They always have a special for state PLUS emissions inspection for around $50 (before fees etc). My EV of course does not require an emissions test, so it’s less work for them to just do the state inspection, but I have no problem paying the same price. This time they said because my car is an EV and does not require an emissions test the special does not apply to me, so they now charge me more for just a state inspection than it costs for BOTH inspection and emissions for any other vehicle. No where in the fine print does it say does not apply to EVs. It’s a shame because I like this place but this makes zero sense and results in a terrible customer experience.
View on GoogleCalled to have one tire mounted a balanced. Gave a ridiculous price before taxes, and said to make an appointment for Monday when I m calling for it be fixed that Friday. Terrible customer service and service. Would not recommend for any work
View on GoogleGot a flat from a wire/nail (thanks Philly roads) and limped into here because it was close after calling. Guys fixed me up and I was on my way. Tipped because they weren’t even trying to charge me. Didn’t know I would be leaving with a restoration of my faith in humanity. These guys rocked.
View on GooglePA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!
