Main Line Honda Service

purchased my vehicle from this dealer, and unfortunately, I have consistently had difficulty securing an appointment. They ask you to come in and wait, which I have never appreciated. Yesterday, I brought the car in for a simple tire replacement. I was told it would take about an hour, but I waited over two and a half hours. When I inquired, the service representative informed me they had not even started due to a needed brake fluid change. I clarified that I did not have time for that and asked only for the tire service(flat tire). After three hours, my car was returned, and next morning I discovered that the brake fluid cap was left open and smashed between the hood and engine area. This was a deeply disappointing experience.Terrible and unprofessional crew

Hands-down, one of my favorite Honda dealer location. They are like any other car dealer you might experience difficulties sometimes maybe in service after service but I can guarantee you if you bring it up to somebody there they will make it right immediately. That being said. I can’t express my gratitude to Amir, Joe and David for their extreme love and care and going above and beyond to take care of me I’ve been seen these guys since 2018 and they never failed me even their service manager unfortunately I can’t remember his name at the moment. He’s an amazing person. I had a little minor issues with service. He took care of me immediately and made me whole right away. if you want a car dealer that really cares and will do everything in our power and go above and beyond. This is the location. They are always happy, smiling and joking around very positive atmosphere I was going through financial difficulties and to be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but they didn’t let me go until I was out with @ car not any car ! I walked out the dealer with the car that I wanted & better car payment than I expected. Thank you guys again.

Really easy to work with, I had a pricing issue that they corrected without hassle, handled two fluid changes and drive shaft recall repair in a reasonable amount of time. Car is driving much better, and I was happy with service. Average wait was 3 hours so if you can't do that, don't stay with your vehicle, use their shuttle service. For a dealer their prices are fair and all the people from service to front desk are relaxed and friendly.

Revising from 2 stars to reflect that windshield wiper nozzle 'repair' discussed below failed after three weeks. Many more issues identified below. I can’t trust them. They have serious quality control issues. Their internal and external communication is lacking. I have sufficient experience to make these observations. Over two years, I’ve spent $5,676 on 14 unique transactions for two vehicles. Pros: > They offer a military discount. > They did, at times, try to make things right, typically by comping certain expenses. > Their parts department is professional, efficient, and amicable. Cons: I wanted to provide more detail but am restricted by Google’s character limit. One notable incident involved an incorrectly installed valve cover gasket, leading to an oil leak post-maintenance. The service advisor tried to tell me it is within parameters for my car to leak a quart every 2K miles. The bulletin he provided disproved this claim. He was also completely dismissive after I pointed out continued leakage where his techs had sprayed a leak-detecting agent. To Main Line’s credit, eventually they repaired at no cost. However, this came at the expense of personal time and money spent troubleshooting the issue. Another incident arose during a state inspection and A/C compressor replacement. Upon inspection, I noticed that the battery terminal cover hadn’t been reinstalled, and the windshield fluid reservoir cap was missing. Main Line provided me with a new fluid cap at no charge, but I then realized none of the three nozzles worked--even though they are required to for inspection purposes. (1) I’m confident they were working when I brought the car in (2) it took them two days to figure out amongst themselves that all three nozzles needed to be replaced. The advisor said they’d comp me the cost of the rear nozzle but didn’t. AND (update) the nozzles failed 3 weeks later. I pulled the pump and there was significant refuse in the pump and reservoir. Seems too coincidental that the cap had been removed and the system degraded shortly thereafter. My final concern is that they incorrectly documented my outbound mileage, perhaps because they drove my car at least 2.1 miles to replace three windshield nozzles. How does that make sense? I’d have asked if I thought I’d get a straight answer.

Finally, visited a dealer mechanic and didn't feel like we got RIPPED OFF! Visited another Honda dealer and was told they couldn't fix our issue. Main Line said can we keep your car overnight to find and fix the issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE was SUPERIOR!
