Had issues with the wrong tires being installed.... twice (two sets of tires at two different times). First time, I gave them the benefit and returned to have them changed. Second time, I called to order tires and set appt. I gave them specifics to avoid the previous situation. Paid over the phone, picked up at night. No receipt in the car as requested. Looked at the tires in the morning, they were wrong. Called in. The "manager" was not friendly nor helpful. He could not email a receipt. I asked what tires they put on the car and was told "the same ones". This was a flat out lie. Communicated with owner via email with a reasonable solution (his costs were covered, My time was spared). Received a response he would look into the issue. 12 days later I emailed a follow up. No response. 5 days after that... emailed another follow up. No Response. Had to call card company and open a dispute. It could have been avoided.... they chose silence.

Steve is knowlegable, skilled, talented and simply the best! Took my vintage muscle car in due to it backfiring and running poorly. He diagnosed, performed all the repairs and had it running great within a day. He explained in detail what the issues were and what parts were required for the repair. Also did an overall inspection of my car and identifed what was good as well as what needs attention. I am extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail he provided and am looking to do some upgrades as I have the uttermost confidence in his abilty to perform whatever needs to be done to my car. Love taking my ride to car shows now that he has provided me confidence in its performance and operation.

The service manager Hal is wonderful and explains everything in detail. I thought I needed rear brakes and he explained why I didn't! I totally appreciate the honesty. I am very confident in the way they have cared for my cars over the years.

Steve and his team did an amazing job from helping to pick the right parts, ordering everything and than the installation. I’m extremely happy and highly recommend using lower merion tire for all your car needs!
