Amazing service. Good communication, seamlessly worked with my insurance, friendly staff, timely repair, my Subaru looks like it was never damaged, & the car was returned cleaner than when I handed them the keys. Hopefully I never have to come back, but if I do, I’ll be using them for sure.
View on GoogleI cannot say enough good things about the team at Evolve!!! As many others have said, the team made an upsetting and stressful experience entirely easy to navigate. From the jump, Stephanie and Mike were so sympathetic and proactively communicated at every step. My car looks better than when I drove it off the lot at purchase! At pick up, I tried to go for a reunion joy ride and found the car was pulling. I was back at the shop in less than 15 minutes and the team immediately test drove it to diagnose the problem. They worked to quickly and safely turn it around so I could still have my car on the intended pick up day. While I hope I don’t need to have more work done any time soon, I know exactly where I’ll be going if I do. Thank you, Evolve!!

View on GoogleMy husband and I were incredibly impressed with the service provided by Mike Lepore. Our vehicle was at Evolve for quite sometime. Mike would provide us updates at least twice a week on the progress and status of our vehicle. He would offer us in depth detailing of the repairs. He held our hands through the entirety of the job. When the work on our vehicle was completed, Mike carefully went through the details of our repairs. In fact, we went for a test drive, to make sure our car performed the way it did before. He made us feel comfortable and earned our trust. We would highly recommend Evolve Collision.
View on GoogleAbsolutely stellar experience start to finish. It’s stressful enough having to deal with car repairs but Evolve made it as painless as possible. To start I mixed up my day I was supposed to bring in the car and even took off work. Mike told me not to worry and I could drop off my car anyway and he would make it happen. He kept me informed throughout the whole process with consistent updates. A part got delayed so it ended up taking about 5 extra days but Mike saved the day again and offered to pay for the extra rental car fees. It was incredibly generous and really put things over the top for me. The car was perfect when I picked it up and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Stephanie at the office is also amazing and such a warm caring person. I can’t thank or recommend them enough. 10/10!!!
