After attempts to save money using a NextDoor mechanic that went south, I was recommended Robirts. What a world of difference. Based on my needs, they fully dug into a unique issue to fully solve exactly what caused it in the first place. This will save us thousands in the future as we adjust our maintenance schedule to our Honda crv needs instead of trusting basic dealership timelines. Thank you Anthony! I've now been bringing my old Chevy express work van in as well and they have been working with me to get it taken care of as my budget allows. Will and Shane are awesome, they go above and beyond to help and answer questions. I recommend this shop to everyone now!

☆I have gone thru a mechanical nightmare dealing with my 2006 Ford FX4 F-150, all of it due to personal finances being stretched & my misguided attempt to save some money by not listening to advice given regarding OEM parts. Originally, after experiencing a severe miss, I tried buying mostly generic parts thru Amazon to include fuel injectors, spark plugs, ignition coils, oil solenoids, oxygen sensors & With help from others,attempts were made for several weeks with no improvement. I was losing hope & then found Robirts Auto Care, ironically, while using my code reader & going to Amazon. I talked with Will, who said they'd take a look & in one day determined the spark plugs were basically fake, not up to the specs required even though it was an Amazon pick. The amount of grief I went thru has taught me a valuable lesson, OEM parts, especially on critical components, is the way to go & though I needed most of the parts I installed prior, had I had listened to some who tried to convince me, I would have avoided so much stress & saved 💰 money. I want to thank Will & his crew for doing an incredible job to include replacing my windshield wipers after one got damaged during a snow & ice event. *(without me asking) I will use Robirts Auto Care for all of my mechanical needs moving forward and more than any other recommendation I have given on Google Maps, I absolutely recommend others to call Robirts Auto Care for your truck or auto needs. ☆Trust in a mechanic is a difficult thing. You can trust in Will & Robirts Auto Care , I certainly do.
