Bryan and his son are the most honest hard working dedicated mechanics around. My 7.3 short schoolbus broke down outside of redmond I got towed in and they treated me with real Christian hospitality and brotherly love. These guys made it happen in a tight spot where ordering parts were a week out. If ur looking for a mechanic u can trust with top skill level these are ur guys.
View on GoogleMy parents brought their 87 blazer in to get fixed and it was broken into by the homeless, belongings and containers we're stolen. Words can't express how angry I am that my families childhood truck was NOT SAFE in the care of Bryan's business. Glass was still all over the bed floor. Don't bring your vehicles here, they won't be safe from wondering eyes trying to steal things. There should have been better security, better ways to lock up vehicles. So disheartening.
View on GoogleBryan's Automotive has been our go to mechanic for the last 10 years. We have had vehicles towed from dealerships to Bryan's. He has ALWAYS treated us more than fairly and with extreme honesty. And yes, when a broken vehicle that needs a repair that is going to cost more then your car is worth or that you could replace it with a more reliable vehicle he is honest enough to tell you. The great ones are always busy but worth the wait.
View on GoogleWe referred a friend to Bryan’s from a good friend who is a travelling g mechanic now. My friend had her car towed there and it sat at Bryan’s for 3 weeks. He never called her to give her an update. My husband finally went in 2 weeks after she hadn’t heard anything and asked the status of her vehicle. Bryan said it was a transmission and he couldn’t fix it. My husband asked him why he he never called her and he said they were too busy! He also said she needed to just get rid of her car. Very unprofessional, poor communication and no sense of business ethics here. We live in an area with limited public transportation and this was a hardship for my friend trying to get rides to and from Work. He didn’t offer any diagnostic information so we highly doubt he took the time to even look at her car. We are all very disappointed and I would consider going to annyone else before bringing your vehicle here. Bryan’s cares nothing about their customers or providing any type of customer service to those they serve. Save yourself time and heartache, and go somewhere reputable.
