I called to see if I needed an appointment for a follow up after getting an oil change somewhere else and their tech told me I had a rear main seal valve leak on my transmission, to which my stomach dropped when I found out how much it would potentially cost. I found out the other person either lied, or got my car mixed up with someone elses. I called a friend to ask of he knew anyone, and my friend who is also a veteran recommended that I come to My Mechanic. I am Beyond Grateful that I came here. There was nothing wrong with my car & no leaks either. They were efficient, gave me a reliable diagnostic, & the owner was completely honest. I would Highly Recommend coming here and I will be coming back in the future if my car needs something. Thank You So Very Much My Mechanic. Fair and Honest. went in for diagnostics on my german car. They looked it over found faults and things that needed to be done but recommended i bring it into a german car specialist. Was expecting to be charged for the diagnostic and was told there was no charge. I appreciate a honest mechanic seems hard to find these days. they have always have been fair on prices with me on my other cars too. even have other family that go through them. would definitely recommend

All in the same week, we randomly had a series of mechanical issues with three different vehicles in our family. We decided to take our vehicles to My Mechanic hoping to find someone who could do the work in a timely and efficient manner. What I was immediately impressed with was their up front, clearly defined, explanation of their process, followed up with detailed communications regarding the situation and work that needed to be done. I also appreciated the way they considered my own input regarding the problems with the vehicle. The work on the vehicles was completed about a day sooner than I had anticipated. What impressed me the most, was their attention to details, and little things that were done that could go unnoticed if we weren’t paying attention. Big thank you to the team at My Mechanics.

View on GoogleOne of my family cars had a belt go out. Called got a super helpful answer. Brought the car in and within a few hrs had it back. Mechanic looked everything over found an oil leak also from bad O ring and got that squared away also. Definitely found our new spot for any car needs.
