I’ve been a lifelong Les Schwab customer, and Schwab’s service is honestly hard to beat — which says a lot when I say this shop absolutely got it right. I came in needing my old tires swapped out for new ones along with new valve stems, and they handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine attention to detail. Both of them were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of service, speed, and customer care truly stood out. I had a great experience with GN Tire & Services, LLC. I had an issue with my tire late in the evening, and he was willing to come out around 8:40 PM and meet me at Lowe’s to help. That level of reliability and willingness to help after hours really meant a lot. He worked quickly, had very reasonable prices, and provided excellent service the entire time. The job was done fast and professionally, and he made the whole situation much less stressful. This small shop saved the day. They were highly professional and did a great job patching my tire quickly for a very reasonable price. So thankful for their fast, honest, and expert service. Super great deal, and was done mountain, changing, and cleaning two tires within 15 minutes. I was at his shop a total of 22 minutes. I’ve never seen something so fast, and so well done. Please let this be the next place you go for all tire needs.
View on GoogleGus was a lifesaver. We rode our tires too far and got a flat on a Sunday evening before memorial day. When we were putting on our spare, a bolt was stuck and it sheared off. Nothing anywhere was open, except Gus's shop. When we got there, he didn't try to oversell us on tires, but was very frank about the condition of the flat tire and that he didn't feel safe fixing it for us to ride back to Eugene on. He tried to find an old tire that would fit the tread measurements of our AWD car so we wouldn't damage our car. When it came to the point that we realized we just needed 4 new tires, he changed them fast, replaced 3 bolts that had been overtightened elsewhere and sheared off, and charged a very fair price. I'm absolutely blown away by his affordable, efficient, and thorough work. Thank you!
