Justin really helped us out and did an amazing repair. We were in from out of town and he got us back on the road when he said he'd be able to. Even after the wrong part was sent. I'd highly recommend him. Damn good mechanic and true to his word.
View on GoogleJustin was very friendly and worked with us every step of the way. Me and my boyfriend were stuck out in Redmond because of a check engine light that was blinking. I called a bunch of shops and even though Justin couldn't look at it right away, he let us store our food that would have gone to waste in his fridge and found the problem quickly. Drove it all the way back to Portland without any issues and he even checked on us later that night to make sure we got home safe. I highly recommend 👌
View on GoogleCalled Justin on a hopeless Sunday morning with engine failures and he got me immediately in. He quickly diagnosed, ordered, and repaired my vehicle getting me back on the road. Also, he helped me document errors from a past different mechanic, which resulted in a full refund! Fremont Auto is now my only call in central Oregon.

View on GoogleNot super thrilled with the customer service portion. I did have work done, and a majority of this work was done well. The suspension (in pic) looks and feels great. You will notice some flaws in the install. Unfortunately i had to end up taking this back to another shop for additional repairs. I did seek out a list of work performed (receipt…) so I could share this with the other shop. I had moved towns between repairs. Had no option to bring back here. Justin ignored my request for receipt/list of work performed, after I asked 5 different times over a couple months. I have reached out via email, phone, even text only to be ignored. If you choose this shop to get work done, be sure to get a written quote. They will not “work with you” as you would expect from a local shop.
