Tire Discounters

After asking twice if you had experience with trailers and where to jack I had you install 4 tires on 5/20. The service person jacked under the trailer and crushed the pan below the fresh water tank. I informed the front desk and he took pictures. I came back Friday to ask status, he had none saying he had passed it on to his boss. A week later and I have not heard from anyone letting me know what will be done.

I came to Tire Discounters for a tire rotation, rebalance, and a flat repair. When I arrived, Andrew looked at my vehicle and told me they could take care of the flat repair and rotation. About an hour later, Austin called me and explained that my tire tread was very worn and that, because my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all four tires. Austin took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me make an informed decision, which ultimately led to me purchasing four new tires. I appreciate Austin’s professionalism and knowledge. However, it seemed like Andrew may have missed the condition of the tires during the initial inspection. In the future, I would prefer to have a technician thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making any decisions. Thank you, Austin, for your excellent customer service.

Gage and Andrew gave Amazing customer service price matching my tires and got me in and out super fast compared to competitors. Even as a Walk In on a holiday weekend at 4pm. I highly recommend the Westerville/Polaris location. The location is clean and welcoming which maybe it easy to work while waiting. No pressure on upgrading just educated on options. I look forward to visiting the Gemini/Polaris location in the fall to get another set of tires for my other vehicle. He took the time to explain my options clearly, provided the information I needed to make an informed decision, and worked within my budget without any pressure. I took my car to tire discounters Westerville for a new set of tires, balance and alignment. After spending about 1k for service my car was shaking a little down the road and my steering wheel was not straight as it was before I brought it in. I gave it 3 weeks to see if it just need to work itself in but after that time I called in about it and made an appointment for the next week to check it all again and correct. I went in on my appointment and they checked it all, said alignment looked ok and said they rotated the tires. The alignment sheet showed different than the original alignment sheet from a few weeks before and had several points of red. After leaving I noticed my steering wheel was still not straight and now shook at 50mph. I got on the freeway the next day and the shake was much worse, violently shaking and was not safe. It had a slight shake on my old worn tires but It did not do anything like this before I originally brought it to them and got worse after taking it back in. After giving tire discounters 2 chances to do the job right, I went to another tire center to have it all looked at by another eye. They agreed that the alignment and balancing sounded off and took a look into it. The other tire center took care of me and my car is correct and drivable again without any shake, straight steering wheel and is tracking straight. They found the alignment was in fact off as expected and several tires were ounces out of balance. I’ve gone to tire discounters for several years and hope to hear from them about making this right as I’ve now had to spend many hours and dollars to get their mistake corrected.
