Roush Honda Service Center

A year ago, I purchased a Passport from Roush Honda. I was impressed by their service then and they continue to impress me. I put in a service request and received a call from Carolyn to confirm my request. She went through it with me to realize what I needed and what wasn’t due. This morning I was met by Brody who checked me in and went over my request. Both interactions were friendly and professional. When I picked up the car, I ran into Messiah, salesman from last year. We caught up on life. Working with Roush is like working with your best friends. I will never run out of good things to say about Roush employees.

I was traveling through the area and hit a massive pothole on the highway and it caused me to have a flat. Honda Roadside covered my tow to Roush Honda since it was the closest dealership. It was about 6PM at night and Amy from service was absolutely amazing and helped me feel at ease because we were a few hours from home after a not so good day. She was able to help me with getting my tire replaced and explained everything and gave me photos and a detailed invoice so I can take care of the warranty I purchased through another place. I am not from this area but I would absolutely trust them to do ANYTHING for me in service. Everyone I interacted with were absolutely friendly and professional. Above and beyond. Who says the car buying experience has to stop after you sign the paperwork. These guys are all rockstars! Thanks for turning what was a bad day into a much better day.

I've been a customer of RH for a decade or so. It is night and day compared to other dealerships I have dealt with, including Lindsay Honda. There are many aspects of the dealership I will not mention, as of confidentiality in terms of my prior interactions with them, but they always go above and beyond. The employees have always been respectful, friendly, and polite. The sales agents are honest and forward. They take care of your car and your opinion truly matters to them. I stopped by today, and November was the SA who greeted me and got my car in for standard maintenance. Timing was accurate, and one thing I noticed while waiting was all of the employees I saw going in and out were focused on their jobs, customers, and most importantly, seemed happy. The employees being happy is a critical component in today's society, as it seem that is becoming a rare commodity when it comes to most businesses. As the saying goes, "Happy employees, will make and attract happy customers". The other big plus of RH vs LH(the only two I have ever done or attempted to do business with in terms of Honda), is that RH is in a relatively safe area. LH, I would say is definitely the opposite... at least when I visited a decade ago. I appreciate everything you all do, and how you value your customers!

I had my car detailed yesterday. Cameron was my service contact. I was very pleased with the entire process. Not sure if I knew about the shuttle service until he mentioned it to me. Having someone drive you home and then come pick you up when your car is finished - was the cherry on top. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my cars needs. You guys rock!

Brody at the Honda service center was truly exceptional. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, kind, and communicated every step clearly and promptly. He took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand, answered all my questions without rushing, and made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Honda is lucky to have him—I’ll definitely be requesting Brody again in the future!
