Worst company to deal with. Nina Rivera is the adjuster for our case and she loves to ignore emails. We have provided paperwork 4 times already and they continue to ask for it. Truck has been paid by Progressive, we are waiting for GAP to do their part but seems like it’s never going to happen. Avoid this company.
View on GoogleNina Rivera is my adjuster for my gap insurance that was purchased through Hyundai when I purchased my vehicle. She refuses to return my emails now that all of my documents have been received. I continue to email them with no response. She is the worst employer and I’m starting to question the competency of this company. Vehicle was totaled 7/2025 and the remaining balance of my vehicle has yet to be paid. I will be taking my dispute to the Better Business Bureau. This is unprofessional and I will not pay what I do not owe.
View on GoogleThis company drags its feet, gives lame excuses. My hot water heater on my 2018 K-Z Sportsman RV let go Feb 23 2026 . They kept saying they needed more pictures. My service man kept sending them, which they say they never got. Finally he cut the heater out of the styrofoam and took a video. When they DENIED the claim lo and behold there were all the pictures he took. It took them a month to do this. I am 73 yrs old with health issues and to have NO WATER for a month and to deny my claim is just pathetic. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a new one. I paid almost $5,000 for this warranty. First time using it and BAM DENIED. Oh and I am stationary. Have not traveled with it. It’s my home on my families property. They are the lowest of the lows!!!!
View on GoogleBought the Tire and Wheel coverage through a Kia dealership on my Kia EV9. Per dealership, the tire was impacted by a road hazard, and its shaking while driving. Its not safe to drive with that tire per dealership, so they need to change it. But this coverage for tire is only if tire is in condition that it is unable to be sealed and no longer holds air. My tire is unrepairable but still holds air. They would not cover. The coverage is so limited designed on purpose not to cover. Just not fair business in my opinion.
View on GoogleMy truck needed a motor at 171,000 miles. They ent a junk yard engine with what’s said to have 70,000 less miles. The engine appears to never had the oil changed the water pump was out the engines been hot. Will be canceling this warranty on my other vehicles immediately. Worst warranty company out there.
